Cancelation/No Show Policy
As a busy mom & salon owner I understand that the need for canceling an appointment will happen from time to time. Please be courteous and give a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Doing so opens up the opportunity for waitlisted guests to take advantage of last minute openings.
Guests that are a"no show" will be required to pay for the FULL amount of the service that they missed before booking additional appointments.
