Tardiness

Please be courteous to the stylists and other studio guests.   Make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to everyone's schedules. Thank you!

Need to Cancel?

We understand that the need to cancel an appointment will happen occasionally.   Please be courteous and give a 24-hour notice for cancellations.  Doing so opens up the opportunity for wait-listed guests to take advantage of last-minute openings.   

 

Guests that are a "no show" will be required to pay for the FULL amount of the service they missed before booking additional appointments.
